Owner & Principal Consultant
LG Consulting’s owner, LaShonda Porter brings more than 20 years of experience to the organization. Her background in the private and public sectors has shaped her experiences, leadership, and capacity to assist organizations with strategic planning, facilitaion and stakeholder engagement, project management, keynote and speaker training, and coaching. She brings a passion for inspiring change and making an impact on both the individuals and organizations she supports. She is a Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, and Certified Diversity Executive.
